Wishing All A Happy New Year!!

Hope everyone had a blessed and fun Christmas and Chanuka! I know that I did. My grandson was a delight as he could understand the whole concept of Christmas this year. It was so much fun.

Over at The Outlawz our Color Challenge is up and running! Sara chose the absolutely yummy inspiration photo and color pallet and it is lovely! Hope everyone will come over and play this week. We should all have a little more time now that the Christmas season is over. Larry and I are super boring on New Years. He is usually in bed well before midnight and I watch New Year's Rockin' Eve! Woo Hoo, excitement! lol

I want to give a shout out to my fellow DTeamies, Guylou, Sara, Ursula and Teresa, without whom I would be lost! They are just the best!

Four More Days........

Here is the lovely and uncommon color palette for The Outlawz Color Challenge this week. I adore this palette and would love to own that wreath! You have to come over and see what gorgeous creations have already been submitted!

I'm looking forward to Christmas and spending time with my family. (Also getting a little craft time in)! It should be a lot of fun this year with Dean. He will be 3 in March and totally knows what is going on! He loved visiting Santa!

I truly hope you and yours have a blessed Christmas and that my Jewish friends have a wonderful Chanukah! May your New Year be bright!

A Day Late and a Dollar Short!

It's the story of my life these days! The faster I go.....the behinder I get! I have not actually crafted in over two weeks! Hope I remember how! I am so glad I had my projects ready early. This is my take on the color combo at The Outlawz this week. The colors are "Frosty-licious"! (That's my new buzz word) :) I know everyone is busy this time of year with holiday preps, but I do hope you will join us and make a "Frosty-licious" card in the Color Challenge! I promise I will give you a "Frosty-licous" shout out!

Dean's Visit With Santa

Dean had no shy bones about visiting Santa at the Fantasy in Lights!
He told Santa everything he saw on the trolley ride and when
Santa asked what he wanted, he said a baseball helmet!
He is fascinated by all sports and noticed everyone wears a helmet.

Fantasy in Lights

Had a wonderful time at the "Fantasy in Lights" display at Callaway Gardens at Pine Mountain, Georgia. Pam, my daughter's MIL, and I rode up and met my daughter, her son and sweet little Dean to ride the trolley through a beautiful winter wonderland. It was so fun to watch Dean's enthusiasm! He kept our whole trolley entertained. Then it was off to see Santa. He ran right up and hopped on his lap and let him have an ear full! I will post the picture later when I have chance to scan it in.

It is Tuesday and that means, "Color Challenge at the Outlawz"! I got to choose this week's color combo and it is "frosty-lishis"! I know everyone will create lovely, crafty projects! Can't wait to see them! Come out and join Guylou, Sara, Teresa, Ursula and myself as we say, "Show us what ya got"!
